Prior to completing your order, there are important queues understand in our order process. To complete your order and receive the product there are a few critical steps the order will have to go through.

Here are the stages you will see your order go through once you place it.

Stage 1: Pending Payment

Initially, your order will be placed in [Pending Payment] status. During this stage, we will collect all the information needed to complete the order

  • Payment: We currently accept payment in BTC, ETH, LTC, ZCASH, DASH.
    • BTC, ETH, LTC, ZCASH, DASH.: Crypto payments are only available for 1 hour from when the order is placed. Due to the volatility of crypto currencies, we have only a short window to process the payment and transfer it to our suppliers to ensure all parties are at the same crypto price value. Any products not paid for within this timeframe will be canceled and they will have to be replaced.
  • Stage 2. Processing

    In the [Processing] stage, the order moves to the shipping and logistics team. Shipments are sent from our US, EUROPE, OR SHENZHEN warehouses. At this time, you will be notified that the order has shipped. Additional shipping details are not available until the package clears customs (Only if the customer is located outside of the United States of America, Europe, or ASIA ), typically within 2-5 business days. Once the product leaves the customs we will receive new shipping updates and email them to you immediately. Orders are typically received within 5-7 business days of clearing customs.

    Stage 3. Completed

    After the updated shipping information is emailed, the order moves to the [Completed] stage.

    Other Possible Queues

    [On Hold]: In the event, we need additional information or we are unable to validate the information provided, you will be notified by email about the current status and reasoning. You have 24 hours to respond before the order is canceled and must be replaced.

    [Cancelled]: No payment was received for the order. The order will not be fulfilled in any way and no payment is attached to it. OR payment was received outside of the automated time limit for crypto payments. If a payment is received outside of this timeframe, the payment will be manually confirmed and the order will be processed at a sale’s representatives soonest available time.

    [Refunded]: The order amount has been refunded due to the product being out of stock by the manufacturer.

    [Failed]: Payment was attempted but was not transacted by either party. A bank must be contacted and the order replaced.
